3. Torch-Applied / Hot-Melt Modified Cap Membrane

Working seamlessly across the field, our team rolled out and heat-welded a commercial-grade, granulated cap sheet system.

Seamless Watertight Bonding: The thermal fusion process completely melts and welds overlapping seams together, creating an impenetrable barrier against standing water.
Clean Detail Flashing: We carried full membrane flashings around rooftop HVAC curbs, scupper/drain outlets, and perimeter masonry parapets to prevent edge leaks.

4. Clean Granulated Finish
